Charleston

Charleston keeps coming up on my radar lately . . . either friends have gone and highly recommended it or someone blogs about it and a couple people I know have trips planned for the near future.
Yesterday, while waiting for my daughter, I noticed the latest issue of Architectural Digest had a great guide to Charleston.  It is becoming known for its design, history, great food and all the creative types who are either from the city or have relocated.  I can't wait to visit someday.

Juliska Country Estate Dinnerware

Lately, Juliska's Country Estate pattern keeps coming up on my radar.  Juliska makes such beautiful European inspired glassware, ceramics, linens, lighting and flatware.  This pattern is a lovely neutral design that can be mixed with many colors and dinnerware easily.  Isn't it beautiful?

The quintessential English pattern was created by Deborah Sears of Isis Ceramics, a painter, whom Juliska credits as “the finest hand in all of England.”
